Some do, some don't. I usually do, especially if I have a lot of stuff, and particularly if they ASK me if I want help. My son-in-law is handicapped, and does this, and I know he really appreciates it when someone gives him a tip. Most of the sackers are high school kids, retired people, and handicapped, at least here, but it's pretty much an individual thing.
