I wouldn't even think twice about it someone asked me to train another MT on an account. If you get paid on production, and if they are not even willing to compensate you for some downtime to do the training, you will be losing money in the end. Yeah, it's nice to think they have that confidence in you, but without the compensation to back it up, it wouldn't be worth it to me at all. Then, don't forget all of the questions the MT will have afterwards regarding what you trained them on. Again, time away from production, so losing some more.
