Last year I sent "incredible edibles," the designer fruit baskets. Do you know them? they cut up fresh fruit in the shapes of flowers or whatever and make display things, some chocolate covered. They are really cute and healthier and unique. Every one loved them. The prior year when the wallet was really, seriously empty, I made homemade things, cookies, fudge, peanut brittle and Irish cream liqueur. also went well.
