I applied for a job they have posted and God forbid, I ATTACHED my resume rather than COPYING AND PASTING it into an email as the ad requested. I received a curt message back from them about this huge mistake. I don't want or need to work for anyone who is rude. Thankfully, I have a job and was merely seeing what was out there in the way of home transcription. Believe I'll be staying put.

Rudeness
There is absolutely NO reason to be rude to people! They are entitled to their opinion just as much as YOU are. Her opinion has nothing to do with her job title ... back off!
I don't appreciate your rudeness
I'm neither lazy nor "lame". I've had pets all my life, including another outdoor cat who is now 12 and very happy. I know my cat was very, very happy and preferred being outside. This indoor/outdoor decision is a personal choice. Sounds like you ought to keep your opinion to yourself since you can't be civil.
rudeness
My personal favorite is, "well, that's the way we have ALWAYS done it." Makes me want to spit. Especially when its WRONG. S
The rudeness is really unnecessary. Don't take your
unhappiness out on people here.
rudeness on board
You are so right in your post. I too have experienced how rude some can be, but when it happens, I sit back and realize that this is most likely caused by the stress and aggravation in this changing field, and many transcriptionists are experiencing so much frustration right now. When I can remember that,I take no offense. Granted, it is no excuse. I certainly have never grouched at anyone or snapped, nor could I do that to my fellow MTs. Yes, perhaps if one can remember to be kind to one another, and a little bit more professional, it might help us all.
no need for assumption or rudeness..I too
How dare you assume I only thought about myself - I am such a HUGE humanitarian/philanthropist.......and also have children but I made sure they have triple citizenship (3 countries) if China comes here....their Dad is European and I'm ancestried in the Middle East......so you know nothing about ME/MINE.
Well with her rudeness, she should get a rude reply!

I do not mean to be rude and perhaps you are interpreting rudeness because
I am presenting facts you do not want to hear. Poor people cannot support small business owners. I cannot support a small business owner. Small business owners, because of lack of volume and high overhead, cannot give the same prices as Walmart. If the poor folks shopping at Walmart have to pay twice as much for goods to support the small business owner (see the little convenience store prices) then they cannot make their paycheck go as far. I cannot see how Walmart is bad for a community if it provides jobs and lower prices. If that is rude to you maybe you should just stop and think of what I am trying to say (open your mind) and see if there is any logic to it.
