question about job

Hi...

I interviewed for a hospital transcription position. At first they wanted to hire me for 37.5 hours, but no benefits. My thing is, I would rather work part time 25 or so hours a week, and will go without the benefits for now, but then I feel they should pay me more hourly. What would be a competitive hourly rate without benefits? Anyone know?
