Did he make you see a neurologist first before the injections? Some doctors make you jump through hoops before they are convinced you have any pain. Nerve conduction studies, etc. I went in there crying last year, hands shaking, yes he gave me splints and yes they worked but it took two weeks with that severe pain before the splints started to work. He didnt even suggest a steroid injection.
