I had a podiatry account for three years and loved it. These doctors were educated as far as typical medical words, but they would try to say certain medications, whether they were trying to pronounce it the way the patient had it written on their PMH form or spell it the way the patient had spelled it, I don't know, but they could definitely mess those up. They dictated a lot, but it was good work/good money. They can carry on, though, about an ingrown toenail or paronychial infection, or bunions, or hammertoes, etc., for longer than you want to hear about it! They also had their own surgery center and I typed their OP notes and reports as well, and most of those were templates, so that was easy money. I'd do it again if I had the chance.
