Good days when I do not have a brown out, pick up sick child or sick niece from school, or just plain lazy. Honestly I take more breaks because I watch 15 minutes of Passions beginning on one channel and the 15 minute ending on another channel. I do not take an hour for lunch unless I have to go to the bank or the cleaners. During my peak working time, no TV is on. I do not have a pet. My accounting clients email me or call after 6 PM. I read three papers a day online and I find time to be on MT.

I use Shorthand and ABCZ. I try to type as fast as possible in the morning because afternoons are filled with MRIs and CTs. Then back to routine 245 to 415. Mondays are slow, might only get about 16-1700 lines. Took about 3 months to become proficient with Shorthand. Also got a lot of types from the speciality forum on www.productivitytalk.com
