The question to ask if not what or how but WHAT IS NOT PAID. I never got an answer from Monrovia office.

So 29 lines a page. Nope. Short.

Count one page, a full page, (yet incomplete report perhaps) it is closer to 34 isn't it. Keep just checking one page and see the difference. Of course if OP note, it may be less as there are the headings with the shorter lines.

I would never trust them.. For one, they went hush hush and would not let tech support discuss the count settings, AND, they refuse to put counting method in writing. When they do, I will perhaps believe. It is sad how people need to cheat and feed off others for the buck. The more vulnerable ones like single mothers with no child support perhaps trying to work at home because they cannot afford child care or the elderly on fixed income of SS retirement that still need to work. I just really hate dishonest. They are continually trying to find what to cut next - the CCs notation, the demographics, the imported headings, weekend and holiday pay. Next it will be pay a PERCENTAGE of the spaces. I saw one MTJOBS.com ad stating this.

They also dummy up a QA eval so they can justify lowering your rate. Oh yes, still want to retain, oh yes, still want to do the same difficult account, just want to phony up the eval (your crediability). I even got marked off point-wise as too many blanks - three in over 600 lines, the QA got one blank and not the other two, listed, "unclear" about the blank. Well I relistened to every report and submitted what was being done and the corrected tally. What a terrible thing, terrible people. It is for the buck. .
Geez, what IS being done to the MTs.

It will continue until MTs decline this stuff and look elsewhere and move on, then they may listen, as it is their bottom line leaving. .
