In Reply to: Depends on experience. - MT in MT
I have been with the same company for two and a half years, got started out at 9 cpl, which was great, but they've never bothered to give me a raise in that two and a half years, but they praise my work, my work isn't QA'd, etc. (I have 7 years experience as an MT, have owned my own MT company as well).
I appreciate the job immensely. I would like a raise, however. I'd be happy with even 0.5 cpl, but they've never offered; I don't know if I should ask for it.
