after you hit F6 to copy, then F7 to spellcheck, hit F12 to send report (if F12 is how you have it set up on yours), then it will just automatically go to the copied report....but I have to remember the time where the first report ended and fast forward it to that time when I go to the copied transcription, and then start typing and just do the same, F7 to spellcheck and F12 to send. Not sure if this is helpful or what you meant.
