I get on at 830 A, type until 10... See what Ellen Degeneres is dancing too. Type until I get 30 more reports (I do radiology) Break. 10 minutes of cleaning... Stretch, type until noon. Stretch, eat, watch news check emails. But you have to set goals. I set TV goals. Like if I have 60 reports by 2:30 I watch 30 minutes of Passions. I have met my quota by 4, I watch Judge Joe. If I have had a day of mumblers and the one ESL , I am typing until 8 P. (That combo happens about once a month).
