how they would make pockets fuller - they have to listen and fill in blanks. Most good companies would not send a report with blanks unless they have listened with their ears first.
I think it stinks that they do not pay for blanks, unless it is misused - but not sure how that could be either unless research is not done on a word clearly heard but "unknown" to the listener.
As good as many of us feel and know we are, there will always be a word or phrase we cannot hear, and somebody else's ear will pick up.
