Back in 1997 in a smallish city in central Washington I charged $0.12/line. Just this morning I was wondering what I would charge if I got my own clients again (now in SoCal), and it would definitely be more than what I used to charge.

I think you need to go higher than $0.11. Did you come up with that number or is that what the client is offering to pay?
