not asking for any handouts

Trust me, I do work very, very hard at this job. I do have a word expander, have my own very familiar accounts, do some work for myself and work for a company as well (a small company though, it doesn't give out bonuses, etc.), but because I'm familiar with my accounts, I just hate to start over and try going with a bigger company to get the benefits, i.e., bonuses. I'm not asking for anything on a silver platter. I just have responsiblities of being a mother and a wife, and work all the time too, or so it sure seems. I just read about how so many of you seem to be so well balanced at juggling work with all the other responsiblities in life, but still make darn good money! That's all. I guess it's just me. I just haven't learned how to balance it all out (yet), but going on 7 years, so one would think I should have figured it out by now, huh? That's all I was asking, if there is a secret to making it all work. Of course, I know there isn't literally a secret, just hoping to have some great ideas shared with me.
