It does help to know I'm not alone--and your situation is worse. It really bothers me though because I moved from a place with a neighborhood full of this mess. When I moved there the subdivision was 3 years old and after 1 year it went from bad to worse. It was really nice in the beginning. Somehow it was overtaken by teenagers roaming wild and gangs. Then came the drug busts and sex predators. No kidding. And you could hear the cursing in the streets from the kids. My cat even stopped going out. I was so happy to move here. Even had that conversation with this new neighbor about where I came from and I remember her saying she didn't like stuff like that. She belongs there. She is just like them. Sounds like your situation is at a breaking point though.
