I know that I don't sit still long enough to do better than I do. I'd say I do 60 to 80 minutes a day, but that is a guess. I have no idea because I don't really count it. I hardly take my foot off the pedal during most reports.
It is a matter of work ethic and forcing yourself to sit and stay motivated. This is my goal for this year and so far I am not doing very well!

Mmmm-sounds so good! I usually use a can of sm
tomato soup but the salsa has more flavor. I'd have to run it (the salsa) through the blender first. Hubby and kids won't eat onions and vegs they can see in their meat. (They never make it easy for me.)

MMMM, I love pierogies, beets, and meatloaf.
Hubby doesn't, so I only cook it when he's gone. (Which is never, lately! LOL)
