I cannot stand Wal-Mart either, as posted below. I avoid large crowds like the plague. I went into a panic attack once on a crowded airplane that had an extensive wait to taxi to the loading area. I could not breathe. scared the heck out of me. medications do not help. I don't think it is just a low self-esteem that causes this. or genetics. I would look to outside sources...like all the hormones being added to our food, pesticides, fertilizers, etc. we don't even really know what we are eating these days or how if really affects us. JMO
