apparently an Excel file cannot be saved as or converted to anything other than another spreadsheet-type file or a text file. I'd have to save another copy as a text file or retype the whole thing in a word processing file or body of an email for them (pasting a screen shot doesn't work although I haven't tried simple highlighting/copying and pasting, I assume I'd have to play with all the margins to do that). But I don't like remembering I have to invoice one client differently or the fact that I'm essentially doing more work for them.
