You need to decide this- if you got a job with another company as QA, would you make more or the same amount of money for the same amount of work. If the pay reduction puts you at the average pay for QA, you might be better off where you are, but if the pay reduction puts you below, then I would suggest telling the company to keep you at your old rate of pay or you will resign. If you do not stick up for yourself, no one will.
