I would not be downloading wav files. I would need to be able to connect directly into a digital system (i.e. in the hospital or service) and stay on line working. However, I'm out in the boonies where cable and DSL are not an option. All that's available for me is satellite. Vonage does not work with satellite. Neither does AT&T CallVantage.
Any information would be extremely helpful at this time.
