blue cross/bl shield of our state. When i got hurt, i was so glad i went with them, because most everyone is a 'participating provider' here, and when i had a serious accident, most of the time i paid much less (than i would have with another company) because x-amount of charges were considered over-charging and therefore i was not responsible for that part...
