but remember too, that if you have your own accounts -- you also have no paid time off -- and in fact taking time off can be a challenge it itself, unless you have a backup. I don't doubt you might be able to make more $ with your own accounts, but its hard to compete against the big-boys. Once these employers find out they can outsource and maybe get it done less than you charge, they make pull your accounts too....just be sure to look at all the angles and see what fits your lifestyle and needs.
