just did some calculations and it comes out to about 16 to 19 dollars an hour for VR and 14 to 17 for regular. Depends on the day of course.

That is based on 250-300 lph for VR and 170-200 for regular. The VR rate is one of the better ones and the regular is more than 8 but not by much.

I did make 10.3 (another company) - 19-20$ an hour until early this year when they cut down on those positions. Don't work for them now as their VR was really bad.

At my second job I am getting up to about 13 an hour for VR. (not so good rate). Just started there and it's a good VR program but I don't know if I can get much faster than 300-330 lph.
