If you work at home and get paid by the hour with benefits just like you would if you were in the office? Then there probably should be an hourly quota you would be expected to meet. Or, what if you received a bonus incentive for anything over the quota you made? Any ideas on what the pay per hour should be for radiology? How about the expected hourly quota and/or bonus incentive?
