If you are on a new acct, you can put on your time sheet for new-acct pay (per hour rate) and just work your 8 hr. It takes time to get used to new accts/ESLs etc. I was assured that if you fall short of the quota that it will not affect your insurance unless it was an ongoing problem, over multiple pay periods.
