I have been a Transcriptionist for over 10 years, and the docs are very rude, dumber than dumb and just plain idiots!  One doctor  actually spelled out tears (cried tears) as tares!  LOL.  As far as I am concerned, most of them cheated their way through medical school!  They do talk to others while transcribing and one doctor even put the phone on hold for 15 minutes (all I heard was music) then comes back to dictate!  Now, really how inconsiderate is that when he knows time is money to a transcriptionist!!!!!  Most of them talk with their mouths full and so on and so on!   Here where I live they have even operated on the wrong side of the brain, took off the wrong leg!  Wow, how awful is that!   Well, I wish every transcription good luck and hope that one day some of us win the lottery so we can get off this mumbo jumbo of the idiots!
