I use the first 2 letters to signify what type of "doc" I need, then 3 more letters indicating the MDs name. For example, a PHYSICAL EXAMINATION section for Dr. Jones would be PEJON.
I keep it consistent so that I don't have to keep a list somewhere of all my autotexts since I know that I formatted all the autotext "keystrokes" the same.
I usually use my Expander for terminology and signature lines but I use the autotext for "normals" that have fields that I can just hit F11 to jump to. Makes life so much easier. ;-)
