Its a great program.  You need to make compilations of your work so the phrases you use most will come up.  It's a simple process and actually should be included in your book.  You will simply select a number of files for the program to go through and pull out phrases.  It's been a long time since I've done a compilation but its easy and quick.  Once you get used to IT, you will love it.  Good luck.
