first of all, he didn't say her tonsils should come out. He just asked why she did not. So I don't think anyone is pointing her to a tonsillectomy at this point.

second of all, probably the reason why docs don't stay is they can't get enough volume in their practice to cover the staff's salaries, the rent and most of all, the malpractice premium.
