Well I don't have much expertise to give you, but I will tell you that you are not alone. No I don't have anywhere close to 11 accounts, just 2. BUT 1 of those accounts is a HUGE hospital and I very seldom do the same doctor. And all different kinds of reports. Not to mention I am a newbie. Also I have a low line count. I do not know of anything that I can do but keep practicing and hope I get faster.

You'd be not only happy, but FLATTERED to be asked questions. Newbies should be admired for asking questions and encouraged to do so, rather than putting whatever they want. There are times when you search, and search and search, not finding, but having two sets ears especially one with more experience is always better than one set. Stop being grumpy already. geez.
I agree - charge for your technical expertise
I worked a hospital account for an MTSO that liked my work so well that they asked the MTSO to use my templates and daily logs for all of the work types asked the MTSO to give them to all the other MTs on the account, present and future. I did not know they had pirated my logs and templates until after I received a promotion to work in the office. I was livid! It took years to perfect those templates and logs. They were created based on my knowledge of what Joint Commission liked in audits. They did NOT get the macros or instructions on how to move around the documents (lots of hidden codes in those logs/templates).
I had negotiated a relocation fee of a few thousand dollars to move to their area to work in the office. I didn't feel badly about not paying it back when I left 6 months later after discovering lots of things like that once I started working in house.
You did the work. If he wants them and if you want him to have them, decide on a fair price, then add 15% :)
Tell him you have reviewed the time and expertise it takes to do his work, versus ... - sm
... the amount of revenue his practice generates, and being a prudent businessperson you don't wish to undervalue your services.
