I love those guys. They have saved me more times than I could tell you. Everything arrives on time, is what I ordered and at a good price too. Tom is wonderful if you every have problems he will find an answer for you. I buy stethescope headphones from them for one of my accounts and especially like the metal ones because they are very sensitive and pick up a lot that other ones miss. I also like the really good Dictaphone ones I buy from them for my C-phones. Give them a try and I bet you will be happy!

Right now I counsel pregnant teens as I had 2 myself and regret that decision every single day of my life. I've learned over the years that God has forgiven me and that my 2 babies are waiting for me, but the guilt and shame that this decision ultimately brings isn't worth it. Besides, that baby sooo deserves a chance at life, love, and laughter. Don't you agree?

somone gives it a label...10 cpl = executive wages. I'm going to go out right now and order my first boat on my 10 cpl and book a trip around the world....yep, cause I make EXECUTIVE WAGES. And with all that is left over I am going to feed the starving children around the world, then, with my executive wages, I am going to start a homeless shelter right here in my hometown, then, with what is left over from my executive wages, I'll have no problem paying for my son's college education, heck, I make EXECUTIVE WAGES....wooo-hoooooooooo, Saks Fifth Avenue here I come!!!!! Scan it in.
Copy the pic. When you go into word, just view "header/footer" and paste in the pic. This has worked for me.

I listen as I go along also. It really gets to be quite easy. To reread the report definitely would cost money. I do a paragraph or so and as the doctor is shuffling papers or gathering his thoughts, not really dictating, I scan down the paragraph to make sure it is okay.

it will scan everything and let you know if it finds anything. It automatically quantines them I believe so you should have any any problams in any case.

That don't pay me enough this day and time to proof every single word I type. Take our wages minus IC expenses and we aren't making much. I look at it like you pay for what you get sometimes. Now that isn't to say I don't care about quality as I do. I just proof as I go and try my best to catch it and be accurate but I do have 15 yrs exp and can usually tell immediately if I have made a typo. I may get a he or she mixed up here and there but no major errors in the report.

Go to www.bitdefender.com and use their online scanning. It is very good. If you've got anything, it will get rid of it. Highly recommended.
How to bill for HIDA scan?
I know HIDA scans are nuke med but would they fall into the category of CT/MRI/PET or US/DEXA for billing purposes?
I say CT/MRI/PET but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Has anyone ever heard of or has had a chalasia scan for GERD? sm
My 4 y/o daughter is scheduled to have this done tomorrow AM. I have tried to Google it, but not getting much info on it. She was at a specialist today and they scheduled her to go to the Childrens Hosp for a Chalasia scan, which is also referred to as a gastroesophogeal reflux scan. Any info would be much appreciated. thanks
maybe it's time for a scan disk and defrag....sm
First, I'd do a scan disk and then defragmentation and then reboot the computer. If it's still freezing, perhaps you are running out of space (?) and/or need more RAM (memory) which is cheap to buy today. Also, while you ran a virus scan - do you have a program similar to spybot? They pick up things that sometimes get past your virus scanner. Hope it works out for you!

There is a Technetium MAG3 scan. Not sure about the numbers used.

the whole report to make sure I didn't leave any stop code markers behind, and listen to each blank once again.

Norton 360 was installed, I did a full scan, and it found nothing...MUST SM
I downloaded Malwarebytes and it found 12 critical trojans!! As soon as I find a good AV program, I'm totally uninstalling Norton's. Like you, I thought Norton was great and used it for years. Maybe it's just not keeping up with all the techno-creeps out there that have nothing better to do destroy the PCs of working people. UGH!!

There are still body stresses.
Physically, the stresses are still the same, the sitting, and while you do not have all the heavy keyboarding, you still have neck, arm, leg swelling, back hurting, and all the little things that just go naturally with sitting at a computer all day. Your tendinitis should improve, however!

A professional company, well organized, will have the specs on the accounts UP FRONT, on file, before you start the account. Did you not stop to think about that? If you are going to come down on the girl, come down on the company, where the problem begins. A well organized company has the specs on file, gives the preferences of the particular client and does not waste time sending preferences piecemeal. Geesh, did you not think of that?

Exactly- my brother is an ex body builder
and certainly very masculine, but he gets a pedicure every month - his wife is all for it (you know how those hooves can get, guys! LOL), whitens his teeth, highlights his hair, and shaves his entire body (left over behavior from body building days, no doubt).

I have had a struggle with weight my entire life. As we speak now I am on Weight Watchers. I don't want to be model thin because I know that is never happening and some people aren't made to be that way. I am tall, an inch from being 6'. Before when I look at pictures I am thinking "Hey, I was not so bad. I DID carry my weight well." But during those times I thought I was horrible. Now, just topped the scale to 300 and I am scared to death! In the past year, since working from home and being depressed, I have put on an easily 50 lbs. I weigh more than I weighed with being 9 months pregnant with my son.
Anyway, I know for my health I need to get my weight down. But the question is - if you are heavy, how do you feel good about yourself and your body, enough to let that stress go so you can focus on other things in life? This consumes my every thought. Sometimes I think I need to see a psychiatrist to get this matter resolved.
I pray daily and ask God to help. I feel if I can learn to have a better self image of myself that I CAN conquer this goal and lose the weight.
Tips please....I don't look at other heavy women as ugly and fat. A lot of people I couldn't imagine being thin, yet they look great! I just wish I could picture myself that way.
BTW - in the almost 6 years my husband and I have been married, he has NEVER seen my naked, even when I wasn't so heavy. It is always "give me the covers, turn out the lights" and never intimate without clothes on. I want real intimacy. I want to feel good about myself. How do I achieve this while in the process of losing weight?

There was a brief mention of a recent arrest (I believe it was in New York) of a phony business set-up involving funeral homes, etc., selling bone grafts, etc. from dead bodies (one was supposedly Allistair Cook's body of the PBS fame) and replacing these parts with PVC piping in some cases. These people made "millions" and the patients/families had to be notified. One man was practically crying because he had been told he has to be tested every 6 mos. for HIV, hepatitis, etc., since he had a recent surgery on his neck. They said it may not present itself for years in some cases. They showed some gentlemen being led away in handcuffs but the story was cut short. Anyone else know about this travesty and why so little else has been said about it or is there any web site, etc., that explains it in more detail? Would like to know morel I am very concerned for the recipients as well as the unbeknownst-to-them "donor" families.
