That is exactly what I mean.  It has been said before by other posters in the past, if we were all "face to face" at the water cooler, I doubt there would be such rude and obnoxious behavior - the anonymity of this board makes some posters feel they have free rein to be downright nasty.  I just wish it would stop.

I welcome a healthy discussion where we can learn from each other - not constant negativity and put-downs.
