I have put my name in this posting so that you will know the seriousness of this company. I am a former employee of this company. I personally had several paychecks bounce. I had to force the management to fire me so that they would not hold my last pay check. My paychecks were bouncing, and I was being given the run around. I was hired by another company but etranz would not release me and I was told I had to work (even though D.G. - owner- would not guarantee that I was going to be paid) or they would hold my pay, so I forced them to fire me. There are several other MTs who are still owed a substantial amount of money by this company. Please do not work for this company. You will get taken. There is documented evidence that these same people did this same stuff in CA and they still owe a substantial amount of money there as well.

Etranz and HIPPA
Does anyone know how to report HIPAA violations? I'm afraid that our dear ole ETranz is in violation of HIPAA rules. You see they use general unsecured email to send their files around. BIG HIPAA NONO!!! So........ Any information anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

etranz nightmare

I just wanted to share my experience with etranz in the hope that no one else will be caught in their trap. This company is very unprofessional in their business dealings. The management will send out payroll checks sometimes as much as 2 weeks late. There are several former MTs how have had checks bounce and are still holding the money. Personally, I have had no checks bounce but I believe it is only because I am in the state of GA where the eTranz office is. I informed the owner that if my check bounced I would be coming to Gwinette County to file charges and lo and behold my check cleared. When I tried to terminate my employment, I was told that if I did not work out my 14 day notice that half of my final paycheck would be held as per contract. When I tried to get a guarantee from the owner that I would be paid for this work, all she could do was scream at me over the phone and she refused to answer my questions concerning payroll. Finally, what I had to do was force her to lock me out of the system so that I could start new contract that I had. I kept calling her regarding payroll, leaving message after message. If I did get her on the phone, she still refused to answer my question, yelled at me, and would hang up on me.

Please stay away from this company. I have found out since resigning that this company has a track record for very unethical business practices.

Etranz owes me money!

E-tranz has to be the WORST business in the world. Does anyone else remember that "We are women hear us roar" letter they sent out? They are all about helping women out. All about making a difference. HOW FUNNY!!! They let you work and keep hanging your check out like a carrot. Come on just type a little bit more. Come on the check is in the mail. I'll send you another check, the bank messed up.

What was up with that letter anyway? Is the accountant they mentioned in the letter the same one that sends out the rubber checks? Gee I want him to do my finances!!! Here's my favorite part of the letter:

"You see, I believe in the plight of women who are trying so desperately to raise their children well, and keep their families together in a world that seldom allows them to 'go home to make a living' while they do this. And I also believe in �girl power�! I enjoy being with women who are trying hard each day to create something solid and who make it happen every day."

Yeah right!!! They are the reason so many women have to go on Welfare!! BECAUSE THEY SEND RUBBER CHECKS!!!! Because they don't send the checks!!!
