yes they will cut your benefits-- one of the MT;s that i use to work with just had this happen to her recently from the Amherst--begged to be given more work and more accts and it always fell on deaf ears. before we were transferred she never had this problem
if there is no work, then you can not make your production--it is easy as that
she had 5 accts and yet always ran out of work--totally disorganization at that office and i can only hope that it is not the last office standing
while on this subject, has anyone gotten a straight answer in regards to the question:
what if i run out of work during my scheduled time period, will there be other work available, and what if there is not a quick response to my email or phone call to the office, then what do i do??---sit around until i hear from someone
there was a posting that said 82% of the SE's changed to FT--that is great--now where is all the work coming from for these new FT MT's--remember--you need to keep your production of 12000 lines not only for benefits but in order to qualify for any OT--if there is any OT
with more and more FT MT's, this puts the pressure on the PS to find work for all these people
one of the posting had a comment about the MT being out of work and her PS looking for work for 120 MT's---what is that PS going to do when she gets more FT MT's that are going to need 12000 lines a pay period
