Do you type in templates? When I had a job where I could use my own Word program I had the cc: in my template and if I didn't need it I would just delete it off. Another way to go is to put it into a macro in Word.

does anyone have a fix for the cc: not capping in word? sm

i frequently have to add cc: at the end of my reports daily, but because i have the sentence capping turned on i guess it always wants to cap the first c making it Cc:  anyone have a fix for this?  i use IT and tried to put it in there but word overwrites it i guess and doesn't fix it.

Yes, use ;c for cc to stop Word from capping the first c.
The semicolon backs up and changes the first c to lowercase.
