If the schools would train the new MTs properly, there would be no need for an apprenticeship program and no need to insult MTs (including newbies) with low pay.
I do not agree with AAMT, never have, never joined and never will. I do not support them in any way, especially now after them having totally exploited the US MTs for years and ultimately slapped them in the face with the training programs for offshore TYPISTS who have no clue about the English language or any of its counterparts.

the Aruban police completely botched the investigation in the beginning. They questioned these guys, but let them go, in the car Natalee was last seen in. The mom's first agenda should be to find her daughter, whether she is still alive or not, then take care of all the wrongdoings she feels were done. We just need to pray for that family. It's heartbreaking.
Ah, yes, our token black woman.
Supervisors are a token figure-head for the weak-minded
who need guidance and approval. Why would anyone keep anybody who needed constant help on doing their job employed. I know my job and what is required. No one at this point in time can really advise me on what to do although as NEW supervisors come and go, they do give it a shot in order to justify their jobs. But they come and go and I stay. Buy a clue.
Off-shore owned MTSO usually have a token US citizen as the front guy.
