I work for a hospital and we get an hourly wage plus incentive. Used to be up to 18 cents per line over 140 (130 was minimum) and I averaged about 200. They decided that in order to not do layoffs and look good on paper, they would cut us back to 12 cents max over 150 and make 150 our minimum line count. it will cut almost $500 off per check
