personally, if they are blaming you for *losing reports* or *missed dictations*, I would start keeping a very accurate log of every dictation you receive, job number, patient name, date, etc. If they send you a patient schedule, I would send them back one with highlighted names of those that were not dictated. cover your behind...it sounds like they may be considering a change, as well. good luck to you.
