I have always been curious what MTSOs charge and then what part of that they pay the actual MTs.
15 cpl I have no idea... I was not a company, but an IC and I charged 12 CPL on one account and now have one that i work for 10 CPL...
15 seems like a lot to me, that would give me a nice raise, but you said you are a small business so you are paying employees. what part of the country are you in too, that would matter. I was working in California and those were my line rates. I got underbid on the 12 CPL contract to 10 CPL... you never know.
