some lady who just had the surgery (gastric bypass) in the SE area....FL to be more specific.

Reason so many have no health insurance is because thousands are seeking lawsuits right and left and sideways!  Sue-happy people!!!  Many of the cases are simply frivolous!  And then Americans question why were are in the mess we are all in!  Quit being sue-happy instead of being hard workers....

  • Not unless it was emergency surgery for bleeding, perforation, etc. Food would contaminate the - surgery site and cause vomiting. nm
