I have great respect for QA after being thrown on it myself a few years back for a short while to help them out when they were behind. It does take skill. Anyhow, for that hospital I was working at inhouse they said to aim for 12 or more reports per hour if that helps. We also had to answer phones and listen for other MTs, and such, which made it kind of distracting. :)
