QA is another ear.... that's it... if you can't get it, then you send it on to the client with a blank, just like I would if I couldn't understand - oh wait - you must be one of those QA that makes something up to fill in the blanks to make yourself look good.

No one in this industry wants to hear your sob story or how important you are to the client. After all, the client is who is ultimately responsible for the content of the report, not QA for the contractor!
