I was just trying to help the OP see a different side - that the kids have feelings, too, and just may need that vacation as much as she does. That she could still have a relaxing time, and alone time, but the kids could go too. If that's not an option she wants to take, no problem. That's her choice to make.
But you can't seem to leave it alone. You're even going back thru my posts, nit-picking and pulling out quotes. What about a quote from you? You say you weren't talking about MY kids, yet you posted to me and said, "You might think you should take your kids everywhere you go, but it is healthy for a relationship to have alone time, even if your kids are perfect angels." But that was just a general "you" right? Whatever.
