I ended up leaving a position because of this exact situation, but it ended up being that the last bit of information I was trying to find out and was unsuccessful was what had happened to my account. I was on track to have the best month of my time there, which was about 18 months, and then it just stopped!! Literally. Went from well over 1,000 lines a day to maybe - on a good day - 100 lines. Was not able to get any answers from my account supervisor, and eventually tried HR and no answers. Had had NO QA dings the whole time. After hanging tough for three months, I gave up. I moved on to another company, which looked promising, and then two weeks after I started there, they lost the account. As a result, I've not worked since November, and cannot buy a job.
Good luck to the OP, and it is a shame you are having this problem. It sounds dead on like the company I left. It is so frustrating to try and improve things and not be appreciated, especially when you can see a problem that is going to cause headaches for the client and NO ONE seems to care.
