Want to keep winning? Having fun yet? Got tons more neat stuff!
How can we learn this neat stuff if it's not in the help menu? We have to wait till

I never thought of that. A newsletter would be kind of neat.
It means you thought enough of them to update them on what's going in your life and your family. And just think, years later someone who did not even know you personally would surely have interest as well, kind of like family heritage things. I thoroughly enjoy going back and reading several notebooks that my MIL wrote while she was alive. She always kept her notebook handy to write notes of things going on. It really is interesting reading and perhaps one day someone else will find these newsletters the same. Now....can I really take the time to actually write one? We'll see.
Sounds neat to me.

that sounds neat...
Were they hard to get accustomed to?
The timestamp sounds neat, but that URL reirects to another site? What's the right URL? Thx nm

what kind of stuff
is she saying? Can you give an example?
That kind of stuff makes me physically
I have one doctor who always has a piece of hard candy rolling around in his mouth. For some reason, I just feel sick to my stomach whenever he stops talking to roll that around, and he does it often. It's so bad, I've sometimes wondered if I will have to give up that account because of it. It's just a little side thing I do, but it just grates on me so much and makes me feel so ill. Ugh.
Criss Angel is a doll, kind of strange some of the stuff he can do though.
Great show!!!
I hear Radnet won't work with Word autoentries and stuff.
And I never worked out of Word before, so what are good and cheap word Expanders - will any import my Word shortcuts and expanders?
RE: I hear Radnet won't work with Word autoentries and stuff.
I currently use RadNet at my in-house job, and it has its own shortcut Expander pre-programmed. You create the expansion and use F9 to launch the expansion.
Sounds like some kind of worm, all right
Definitely run that scan. Best to do so from the Symantec site itself. Good luck!
your post sounds kind of defensive and gay.
get over it.
sounds to me like with your editing job you get these kind of reports. quit.
if you don't like it simply quit and start doing MT.
Thank you very much - this sounds wonderful and so easy. Just my kind of recipe LOL. nm
This sounds like my kind of relationship! No great expectations and you can relax
I always have a fear of disappointing people. It has caused me to isolate myself...
This sounds like same I hear when person getting off crack
they are a survivor, being applauded, revered. What about you not do it in the first place? This person is saying lost everything due to not wanting to work, went down the drain, housing, vehicles, everything. I am so over the hill and thank goodness, always had enough gumption just to work and make it. What about some applause for people who never do drugs, who raise children without snorting or kicking a drug habit and who are upstanding all the way around? Oh well, guess that is too much to ask, just want to say what a survivor out of someone who really just had no get up and go. Unreal....
That's really neat..
That you get together with a friend and have lunch or whatever. That is so important to keep up your friendships, keep your life balanced. Sounds like you have done a great job!
I think that is so neat. sm
My fingers get so stiff when they get cold and this could be the answer. I also have thought about just getting plain gloves with open fingers. My only concern is would it get too hot?
Well that is neat...nm
ll
That's a neat idea. I may have to try it.
By the end of the day my hiney is about dead. Maybe that would help.
here you go. A neat site. It is not about
any company, strictly a help site for production, including Word, WP, IT, Shorthand, etc. Its very active, questions are answered quickly. But remember, it is all volunteer help, so no demanding.

start out neat that is.....nm

This is a neat trick, if you don't already use it...sm
I'm sure many of you have heard of this already, but for those who haven't...it sure helps me when I'm typing AND reading back over my work. You can hold down the control key and turn the roller wheel up a notch on your mouse to enlarge the print on your screen. Then just hit control and scroll it back down to make it smaller again. This has made it "easy on the eyes" for me. Hope someone can benefit from this as I have!
They have this really neat thing at the top of this page
It's a little green box with the word "search" in the bottom middle. If you press that and put in the company name, you'll get all kinds of info that has been shared previously on most companies. It's really a neat feature provided by this board. Give it a try.
Jemez Mts are pretty neat also
You can drive the Turquoise Trail from ABQ to Santa Fe. I think its state road 14. It runs from east of ABQ up to around SF somewhere. Take the tram to the top of Sandia if you would like some nice views of the city. There is a 2 mile nature trail up there too, if it is still there.
On the west side, there is Petroglyph National Monument.
Are you going to be there during the balloon fiesta? It was always so cool to see all of those balloons in the air when I got up to go to class in the morning. I went to the mass ascension once. Very early morning and COLD! but a worthwhile experience.
Red River, NM is small but I have been there twice for long weekends. There is a gorge somewhere near there that I stopped at both times to take pics - forget where or the name - sorry.
I do believe you can actually go to the exact point of the 4 corners. Sounds like a fun photo op - not sure if much else in that area is exciting though. Its pretty darn rural.
Have fun!
Aw, that's so neat, I needed that after a long day!
Thank you for posting that, many points worth remembering.
Pet collar for surgery. I found this neat
collar for my dog who just had surgery. It works better than one of those cones. It is called a no-bite cervical collar for pets. They are available on the internet.
Wow, just noticed a load of OR samples also...pretty neat.

neat web site 'chemo angels'. Help cancer patients
http://www.chemoangels.com/
okay neatly correlated lies. and the trailer parks are really neat little hideaways the statistics
no excuse for not researching with google or even yahoo. my neighborhood is zoned to not allow trailer parks (ever wonder why???) thus my property if more valuable than another community that is not zoned against trailer parks. Now did you ever consider why communities would even think of having a zoning commission that would ban trailer parks. Community standards might come in to play and they don't want property values diminished. GOOGLE friend. The truth will set you free.
Brain dead today - or is it hear hear? I'm going to bed.

Marry me?! :) Seriously...hear, hear. Good post. - nm

I think I smell either VR on the easy stuff, or offshoring of the easy stuff.

Hear, hear! I agree with Dakota - sm
The MTSO should be giving feedback to the hospital/doctors who slur, speak too rapidly, etc. They need to pull up their socks! And there's no reason why these doctors shouldn't be given an outline of what is expected from them when they dictate, such as cell phones, chewing food, candy, gum, etc.
Saw him on CMT show with John Fogarty. Great, great singer with a neat personality and drop dead
gorgeous without seeming to know it.
stuff
I really, really saw a shooting star or an angel or something the day before my Dad's funeral 10/15/00. It was a crystal clear day, I heard something that just lead me outside and I looked up and saw the shooting star or whatever. My Brother-in-Law saw it too because he was outside washing the cars. But it was a calming thing, like he was giving us a signal that he was doing just fine.
QA stuff
I have a hard time with ESL's but I was trying my best
I'd tell them to stuff it, but that's just me
Sick of the way the companies refuse to let the facilities or the physicians know when they're just being ridiculous and take it out on us because we're "nobody important."
Do not buy from the(right)stuff
I paid $390 for a C-phone that worked for 20 minutes. It kept shorting out, and then died. The repair shop said motherboard was fried, not repairable. The guy did not even include the power cord with it. Rip off.
I could become such a cow on that stuff!
It is addictive. Yummy.
Well, I know my stuff, been doing nothing but ER MT
for 10 years...why I don't I get paid for my knowledge, for being a good employee, i.e., never call off even if sick, never miss my shift, and still not valued. Not sure I understand what you mean in your post about MTs not being good MTs because when you do find a GOOD MT, y'all don't value them anyway!
QA stuff
Hayseed, I don't know squat about QA, but learning something new in this field only makes you more valuable to yourself and to the company you work for. You have nothing to lose, lots to gain, and if you hate it, you can always go back to transcribing. Variety is the spice of life!
Congratulations! Let us know how you like it after you get a few days under your belt.
I do all that stuff too. But sometimes you just don't
Even more often, you don't always get the CORRECT results. Then you end up having to do research on the research. Sort of like looking into a succession of never-ending mirrors.
There's a way to get around all that stuff -
When mgmt. gets stingy about vacations, all you have to do is catch the "flu". A cold, they want you to come in and give it to everybody. The flu, they DON'T! Cooking for potlucks? The easy way: Just say NO to potlucks. Feel you MUST participate? Bring in a small bag of potato chips or carrot sticks. Office meeting? Good time to do those Kegel exercises or other isometrics. Pretend to be taking notes, & have a page of a crossword puzzle hidden underneath. Mentally think of what you need at the market and make a shopping list. Play tic-tac-toe or hangman with the person sitting next to you. If you're stuck sitting there watching someone's mouth flap for an hour and a half, try to envision money flying out of it and into your pocket, which is essentially what's happening. Not getting enough breaks? Develop "overactive bladder", and occasionally overshoot the ladies' room and instead go outside and take a lap around the building. If you have a computer-related pain or injury, a doctor's prescription can buy you mandatory breaks at regular intervals. Nothing they can do about it.
crock pot stuff, one more
This is something I made when my kids were growing up. SO EASY! A blade pot roast is what I always used. Put IN crockpot...sprinkle on a package of taco seasoning mix, NO LIQUIDS. Cook eight to 10 hours. Shred meat and serve on tortillas, put out chopped onions, chopped green chili peppers, avacado, chopped tomato, actually anything the kids like...let them make their own soft tacos. Enjoy.
Maybe some, but I do. However, I have MTs that don't and GUESS at stuff.

Yesterday and all the other old stuff.
Not to worry. No depression here. I just think it's a beautiful song.
All the original stuff. nm
nm
thank you. This MD always says goofy stuff
sigh
especially when there's only bad stuff to show
I noticed that Shepard Smith on Fox (not considered a liberal news outlet) was not especially impressed with the government response to the disaster. He was desperately begging for help for people stranded for days on a bridge.
