create your own website. I wouldn't mention a home office, just the basic residential service is all you need. It should cost $40.00 or less, but you should get an introductory rate for about $20.00 for 3 to 6 months. When I first got calbe it was $19.95 for 6 months, but then it went up to $41.95. I had EL dial-up and even though my cable was through TWC I still had an EL e-mail addy and also got 20 hours of dial-up a month included with my monthly fee in case of a power outage (which doesn't help unless you also have a laptop, which I do), were traveling and didn't have access to cable, or the cable went out.
