Try and find a 12 year old babysitter. I know that sounds young, but there are some really good ones at that age. I have a 1 and 3 year old and the babysitter is great with them and she doesn't demand as much money as the older ones would. Also, so I can get a little typing in during the day and make more money, I enforce what is called quite time. My 1 year old takes a nap, and my 3 year old has to stay on the couch and watch movies (educational if possible with a little spongebob or shark tales). He also has the option of coloring and etc. He just has to be quite and stay in one room. He does pretty good at it and understands that mommy has to type for 2 hours or whenever the littliest wakes.

Hope this helps some!
