I appreciate your response. I have thought about a less expensive house, but then I will be looking at repairs, and at the $200 a month that would probably be going toward those repairs. This house needs nothing.
My brother does not have "female" company. I have lived with him before and know his habits. He is 3 years younger. He has no interest in girlfriends right now, granted, that could happen in the future, but for the time being until I know what this hurricane situation is going to do to the economy it would be helpful to have the extra $$, also, I was going to try to pay expenses myself and save his rent, or use it toward the CC debt.
Having my bro live with me is another reason I thought I would not get weak and let the Dad of the kids move back in, as he obviously doesn't want me to go...if Bro is there, that would help the matter.
