In addition to using the expanders/shortcuts like you (teh to the), use them for common phrases such as tpia (the patient is a), and my personal favorite, tahbso (sure you guessed total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy). Make your own report templates if your Expander allows for it. It saves wear and tear on the fingers and speeds up production.
